That is fault code 49
49. (00110001) Cold Valve or Cold Valve & Hot Valve Faulty
The Motor Control Module has measured a voltage from the valve diagnostic circuit that
indicates the cold valve or both the cold and hot valve is faulty. The most likely cause is
that the valve harness has not been connected correctly or the valve(s) is open circuit.
Primary Source: Wiring.
Action: Check the valve harnesses are correctly fastened to the valves and
the motor control module or the pins are not bent backwards.
Secondary Source: Water Valves.
Action: Measure the resistance of the cold and hot valve coils.
Tertiary Source: Motor Control module.
Action: Replace the Motor Control module.

Calibrating whirl pool washer after repair

Linda. I know nothing about this washer, but I did get this info from the attached link, you may still have to call a tech.
Put into diagnostics (left, right, right, right, left, right) @ done you see errors, @ spin you run calibration(this will clear codes and reset board). good luck

The water trickles out very slow when it is filling the machine. I have a Fisher and Paykel GW712 washing machine.

The two things you need to look at is the screens on the inlet of the washer, thes can get plugged with sediment and block water flow, take the hoses off the machine and look for the screens, either in the hose or water inlet connection. Second is the inlet valve, AI will include a couple of pictures of this. If you have an ohm meter all you have to do is check for continuity across the valve, if there is none the valve is bad and needs replaced.
The control panel lifts off by removing two phillips screws on the back of the control panel. The panel then flips over. The picture below shows what it looks like with the control panel removeddcramer531_29.jpg The inlet valve is on the left.
Not shown above are Power Control and Pressure Sensing Module, which plugs into the water inlet valve nipple, and the tech sheet, which you'll find folded up to the left of the water inlet valve. The tech sheet gives detailed instructions for entering diagnostic mode and interpreting the binary diagnostic code generated by the LED display on the control panel touch pad. anew inlet will look like this.dcramer531_30.jpg or very similar, depending on the model.

Fisher & Paykel washer GW712 won't spin

There is an issue with your drainage area. Best to remove the pump and check for the obstruction in the line or at the impellar.(If the water is not completely drained, the pressure switch wont send a low level to the timer to allow a spin).
