Reset
The
Reset function initializes all downloaded
widgets, erases all user accounts and settings
from the product, and resets all Smart Hub settings
to the factory default settings. It then restarts
Smart Hub as if it were starting for the first time.
Your account, however, remains on the Smart Hub
server. To log into your account, enter your ID and
password on the Create Account screen.
To use the
Reset function, follow these steps:
1. In the Settings menu, select
Reset, and then
press the ENTER button.
The
Reset screen appears.
2. Enter the your Security password. This is the
password you entered if you set up a BD or
DVD Parental rating (See pages 51~52). If you
did not, enter 0000.

Tried the code thing. Did not fix problem. Is there anything else I can try before I send back for repairs a second time.

i had same problem...wa son the telephone for hours with samsung..they told me was a problem on thier end escalated my problem with thier techs...still never got a fix from them for the problem so I returned the dvd player
updated the firmware went through all the steps with technical service my Samsung smart blue ray player still won't connect with Netflix.says(unable to connect contact Netflix help) net flix help unable to dissern problem also told me I didn't have enough bandwidth, that's not it either I have 7mbps dsl more than enough??please help . I think the app is damaged somehow but don't know how to reinstall it?
