If your eject button will not force the disc out, your going to have to open the Wii. You will need a small Phillips head screw driver, a Tri-Wing screw driver, and a Wii disassembly guide, here, http://www.xbox-modchips.com/wii-tutorials/xcm-wii-dissasembly-guide.htm.

Will not eject disk

Hi,

Is your eject button broken? Does it click when you punch it, or goes in like the button on the board is broken?

It is either this or there is something jammed inside your system.

Video: How to open Wii Console

Check inside your drive and remove anything stuck in there causing the drive to not function correctly when ejecting.

Hope I helped!

Take care

Wii disk will not stay in the console

Hi,

Has anything been jammed inside the Nintendo Wii to cause this?

Has the Nintendo Wii been dropped?

There are usually 2 causes for this.

The Nintendo Wii disc drive could be damaged and/or something is jammed inside the drive causing the discs to automatically eject.

Also, your firmware could have malfunctioned, causing the drive not to work.

If you have experiencing opening the Nintendo Wii up, I would recommend you do so and look to see if anything is stuck inside.

if you're not comfortable doing so, I would recommend for you to send this system in for repair.

Wii console will only play game cube games....my son had 2 wii games jammed in it

Well you can take it apart using special tools you can purchase on e-bay
http://cgi.ebay.com/2-TRIWING-Screwdriver-Tools-Nintendo-DS-Lite-Wii-SP-/300425150761?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Video_Games_Accessories&hash=item45f2bc0129#ht_1515wt_1165
Then you can take the discs out, but who knows if the drive will work. You can mod the system and get 100 wii games on a hard drive from www.wiihdmods.com which would eliminate the need for a disc drive.

I have just finished fixing a wii system that did the exact same thing. It had 2 pennies jammed into it. After i removed them it was perfect. I am a game sytem technician and a special type of screwdriver is required to open the unit. It can be purchased on ebay.Good Luck

Disc will not eject

There's probably only something jammed in the DVD drive... last one of these I fixed had a penny that my friend's daughter tried to stuff into the system. Once we opened up the Wii, the penny fell out and everything worked great. If there's nothing jammed in the drive, there may be gears or something in there broken. The following website has the full DVD drive... but I would try opening up the Wii first to see if something is jammed in there:

Wii will not accept or eject discs it does show blue light and the disc inside is turning

I think you put it the wrong way. Let nintendo fix it if you still have your warranty. The disk is jammed. You can fix it but i prefer not cuz it will scre wup your warranty.

My disc for Wii Fit will not load

If it is only your Wii Fit disc then you have a problem with your disc.
If your Wii won't accept any discs then you have an issue with your Wii DVD Drive.
You may have something jammed in there in which case you either need to send it to Nintendo for Warranty repair if you are still covered, or you would need to follow this disassembly guide: http://www.gaminggenerations.com/tutorials/wii/1-t870/

Hope this helps!

get a technician to look at it or take the wii apart yourself if you're brave enough to see if anything is jammed. nintendo may fix it if its a fault in a mechanism but otherwise you'll need to see a seperate technician
