Question about Samsung SGH-d807 Cellular Phone
I HAVE TRIED TO TAKE OUT BATTERY AND SIM CARD BUT WHEN I PUT IT BACK IN THE PHONE SCREEN IS STILL WHITE I KNOW WHEN IT TURNS ON BECUASE IT VIBRATES. IT MAKES ALL THE SOUNDS ITS JUST THE SCREEN THATS MESSED UP HELP I NEED TO HAVE MY PHONE WITH ME BECAUSE I GO TO SCHOOL BY MYSELF AND I NEED TO BE SAFE.
Your LCD screens are cracked. Almost any significant crack will make the entire screen "go white". If you LIGHTLY press on the screen you'll probably see where the crack is (appears as a small black or multicolor line and may or may not "bleed"). You need to replace the screen (at a repair shop, mail in service, or DYI with a replacement screen) or get a new phone. Sorry.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
