Your LCD screens are cracked. Almost any significant crack will make the entire screen "go white". If you LIGHTLY press on the screen you'll probably see where the crack is (appears as a small black or multicolor line and may or may not "bleed"). You need to replace the screen (at a repair shop, mail in service, or DYI with a replacement screen) or get a new phone. Sorry.

Turn off your phone. If not possible, just remove the battery and skip step 2.
Remove the battery.
Wait for at least 5 minutes to make sure there's no power in the phone anymore.
Remove the Sim card and other cards like Micro SD or similiar
Put the battery back in. (not the Sim or others)
Try to start your phone.
If your phone still doesn't boot, this might be caused by some errors in the firmware of the phone, or hardware errors.
Contact LG or a Cellphone servicepoint.
My LG phone fell in the water once and the screen was stuck white too.

So you mean to say your phone won't turn on at all? Have you tried removing the memory card, sim card and then the battery, put the sim card in and battery, turn it on without the memory card and see if it works...
take the phone to a service centre who will attempt to do what we call an ionic bath. this is a bath of electricity and pure alcohol.
they should then use i fibre glass pencil to clean trhe contacts properly. you may also need a replacement screen depending upon how badly the water damage is.
