I had to find a local repair shop on my own. The numbers that your "computer" guy gave me, were all disconnected or so way out of state~

The person that I connected diagnosed the problem as my dvr....and not my tv. A quick fix, and it cost me nothing~

I wasted the money that I sent to you~ and the guy was very slow at responding. It was like he was answering 25 questions at one time.

Thanks anyway,

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

The lamp is turned on by a high voltage ballast, very similar to the ones in your fluorsecent light fixtures. Your ballast is starting to fail. You should have your TV serviced by a JVC authorized service center because they have the training to deal with this issue. Waiting until it fails could very likely cause more servere damage especially if it fails shorted then the power supply will need to be replaced as well.

No pic but sound :/

You are having a high voltage problem. Quite possibly in the horizontal deflection. I would check the horizontal output and regulator transistors.
