BenQ FP91G+ Problem

When I press the power button on a BenQ FP91G+, the power light comes on for about 1 second and turns itself back off. I have been trying to find out what part is causing the problem as I have several to repair. Any assistance you can given will be greatly appreciated.

Hi...there,
Dies on 1 seconds usually caused by busted backlight inverter or AC Adapter if you got one on your monitor.

Its worth fixing...
Its just an issue with the board.
If it happens to be the LCD panel, rather not fix it since its gonna cost u a fortune.

Benq monitor powers off immediately

Try sending monitor back as most Benq monitors come with at least a two years silver warranty. Benq are very helpful and their repairers are quick and polite. You will find their no.s on their website www.benq.com my monitor was experiencing the same and for $10 postage and a one week wait is repaired and working fine.
