just uninstall driver from by following steps
1. right click the mycomputer-> properties -> hardware -> device manager
2. open the sound and video device -> from right side pane -> find the conexant audio codec -> Right click and uninstall.
3. disable the antiviruses and scan for new hardware.
4. now you will get new hardware wizard. map the driver location
this will solve your problem

Happy to help u . u can get the drivers for ur hp notebook on this link http://www.hp.com/ there u have to click support and driver and select the driver by putting ur model no and serial no . happy to help u .
