Too many programs running, not enough memory, bad driver for something, any one or maybe all of these things. Throw it in the river and say it was stolen. Claim it on your homeowners ins. Buy a better one when you get the check.

I think it is probably a hardware issue or graphic drivers problems so try to update them
After performing these tips if problem still remains then definitely I would suggest you to get any reliable registry cleaner like I always use RegInOut to fix such these problems

Tip

Why your operating system hangs and the possible solutions.

Windows hanged or becomes unresponsive is always a vitalre-ocurring issue Microsoft users have discovered when using thisoperating system. The hanging is random. Windows hangs on the welcomescreen right after login. It can hang during shutdown. The programs youopened can hang or just stop responding including your mouse andkeyboard. This is quite frustrating especially if you are working onsomething important. There are actually a lot of causes to thisproblem, but below are the main reasons why Windows hangs plus theircorresponding fixes:
Viruses and Spyware. Malicious filesmay be hiding in your system. These malware corrupt your files andhinder your computer's performance causing Windows to eventuallyhang. Keep your virus definitions always updated. Make sure to alsodownload the latest security patches and updates. Always run a scan onyour computer to detect these viruses and spyware then delete them.
Too many programs running at once. This consumes more virtual RAM (Random Access Memory) than your systemcan handle Don't open a lot of applications simultaneously. Limit thenumber of software and websites currently running to those that areimportantly only. If you are a heavy multi-tasker, then upgrade yourRAM to at least double what you are using now.
Corrupt Windows Registry. The registry contains information and settings Windows referencesduring operation. This database eventually becomes cluttered because ofredundant and obsolete entries leaving it corrupted. It is advised thento clean your Windows registry to delete those unwanted entries. Amanual clean is not possible though because the registry is the brainof your computer and is somewhat complicated. A minor change or errorin an entry can cause major damage in your operating system.
Diagnosing your system with a registry cleaner is the bestsolution to solve registry problems. It is specialized software thatthoroughly scans your Windows registry, repairs any errors it sees, anddeletes all those invalid entries. By having a clean registry, you willnotice a great improvement in your computer speed and performance. Itwill also completely fix Windows hangs.

I have a thinkpad t40 every i put a usb allways hang what should i do?

Hi,
Two possible reasons why your PC always hangs after you connect the usb drive,
  • The usb drive contains viruses which are blocked by your PC's antivirus from entering the machine.Run a full scan of the usb drive with an updated anti-virus.
  • There are no installed drivers for the usb drive.Install the drives drivers.

Hope this helps.Thanks!

My phone is always displaying memory to full delete some messages.the application is always hanging

It probably hangs when there are too many messages to be deleted. If you are concerned with the time, try to select 10 or 20 and try to delete them.

Always stuck up or hang need to reboot again...

The most general way is to reset your laptop using any recovery wizard that the laptop has, pls read your manual.
When doing recovery, backup your important data first to another storage. ex: usb flash drive, external harddrive, etc
