Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
I have an ipod classic (30gb) my itunes can tranfer songs to it easily but when i try to play a song. The play icon appears on the top left of the screen. but the music duration count does'nt start and i can't hear anything.i checked my earphones it's fine, even bought a new one for it.i have restored it to factory defaults from itunes but it didn't fixed the problem.Once it fell accidently to the ground some days ago and nothing else.i can view photos in it.but cant play a video or a song.
i'll be very thankfull to u guys
That is most likely because they are not in the right format for the ipod to play. For the songs, right click on them and click on convert to mp3. Then transfer the mp3 song on there and it should work then. For the videos, you will have to download a free converter for them and let them be converted that way. It should work normally after that.
