Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
I don't know how it locked--just after charging--it has a locked symbol and won't stay on when i press the on button
I assume the hold slider is not engaged?
If you have a memory card try inserting it to see if it will start up. If it does then you may have to reformat the internal memory as it may have been corrupted (WARNING: you will loose all the songs in the unit)
I hope this helps.
