Does other devices have trouble connecting? Make sure the radio is turned ON and try connecting again. I had an issue with messages while playing games trying to connect, so I had to turn that feature off.
go connect the psp to a wifi network and surf the web do the following go to the browser, type a web address like yahoo.com and network connection will show up select [new connection] then select scan and it will scan for nearby networks and if you find one you can use it, if the security shows up as none then just select ok untill you reach the end if there is a wep key or wap key then you need to obtain the key from the owner of the network.
I don't think the problem is with your PSP. It may be you router (Internet connction). Have you tried unplugging your router and plugging it back in after a minute? That usually does the trick for me when my PSP is having trouble getting on the net.
