That might mean that your trying to connect to a wi-fi connection that is to far away, you might have to try another access point

Why cant my psp connect to my own wifi?

Does other devices have trouble connecting? Make sure the radio is turned ON and try connecting again. I had an issue with messages while playing games trying to connect, so I had to turn that feature off.

I need to know how to upgrade my psp

If you are near a WiFi area you can setup the PSP WiFi settings under network connections.

After that, go to the top of the same level XMB menu to updates and click. It will connect through the network and check Sony's servers for an update.

Or you can download the update directly from the Sony website and connect the PSP to the computer and put it on the memory card that way.

If you mean "How can I hack my PSP to play ISO or CSO downloads or bame backups?" That is a different story...

That probably means that your just in an area that doesnt have a good wi-fi connection, or your trying to connect to an access point that you set up in another location.

Problem with browser on my psp

I don't think the problem is with your PSP. It may be you router (Internet connction). Have you tried unplugging your router and plugging it back in after a minute? That usually does the trick for me when my PSP is having trouble getting on the net.
