Ask your service provider for configuration settings of your phone, if you receive already open save and use it as a default, turn your phone off and then put it on, try to send mms to yourself

Talk to your provider, they have to allow you to receive them either at a monthly rate or per message. hope this helps :)

You have to call your networks customer care number and ask them for the settings.most probably they will send it,save the settings and select it as default.now try sending a multimedia message.
