I had a problem with my password not working after I changed it. After three calls to Kaiser help desk and resetting the password six times in two days. I think I know why so many persons are having problems. First Kaiser security system does not allow you to use certain symbols in your password but the program does allow you reset your password with the symbols. Doing that your password will work the first time but not when you sign in later. Like most computer uses I don't read the instructions so Kaiser needs to fix the security reset to not to allow the symbols. They also should make the security sign on easier by given you the option you to see your password when you type it.

Due to the various operating systems and BIOS's on lots of computers I decided to do a little tutorial since I have noticed a lot of computer issues with this in the area of problems. Often times we purchase computers from a friend or at a flee market or from a private party or we just think that we have to password the <b>BIOS</b> or Log in if sharing a computer. This is always good to do but the problem is we tend to forget these passwords, I think most of us will agree we slip once in a while and with this process it can be painstaking to say the least on this matter.
Now after running into this issue with many computers frankly it is frustrating to say the least when doing a repair I have to have the log in passwords from each computer that is sent to me and repaired if set. The clients tend to forget their passwords. So I have to have been prepared for this. Everyone looks for a simple solution to solving this problem in free software that will handle this for you. Because again there are many BIOS and Operating Systems involved there is not one fix in the software category free especially that will reset them for you or remove them.
Now with all this said lets get to the meat here. What I do? is go to my favorite torrent file site, <a href="http://www.btjunkie.org">btjunkie.org</a> to find software that will work to reset a <b>BIOS</b> to default not having to use a password or seek out the password for me. I find these free software programs at <a href="http://www.btjunkie.org">btjunkie.org</a> Now you will need .iso which is also called <a href="http://btjunkie.org/torrent/MagicISO-Maker-5-5-Serial/44866e1d1c8ea26f756ddbcf96db3f8a634e889c5ffd">Magic.iso</a> by typing it in the search box at <a href="http://btjunkie.org/torrent/MagicISO-Maker-5-5-Serial/44866e1d1c8ea26f756ddbcf96db3f8a634e889c5ffd">btjunkie.org</a> or you can get the free stuff to burn an .iso image to disc by using Xpburner <a href="http://cdburnerxp.se/en/download">Click Here</a> to get it. Be sure to select ,iso image as well when you download this software it is free.
You will also need to download this software that downloads torrent files. I use <a href="http://www.utorrent.com">Utorrent</a> for my torrent software files. <a href="http://www.utorrent.com">Click Here</a> to download this be sure to download this first.
Once this software is all downloaded you can type in the btjunkie site in the search box without the quotes, "<b>Remove Password</b>" I have provided a link <a href="http://btjunkie.org/search?q=remove+password">Click Here</a>.
There you will see loads of password remove software programs. Pick one that suits your needs whether you need to bypass a <b>BIOS</b> password or a Windows login password it is there. Be sure to pick the all green and not the red files and pick the most seeders and the most leechers. And read the comments when you look for any software at btjunkie.org this advice is for learning purposes and you will use this web site at your own risk. I'm not responsible for what you download there nor is FixYa! This is just an option in case you are at your wit end and cannot unlock the BIOS or a password that is forgotten. I hope that this assisted someone please comment and give me a high five if it has. The links have been provided above and are active. Thanks for using FixYa! John

Your cap lock is not enabled? I would type the information on notepad to make sure it's typing out correctly. Don't save the information in note pad. I would re-type the information. You may have to contact them if they have a password time out. When was the last time you logged in?
How do you expect us to help in this matter, you have procvided no details as to what this password relates to. This makes it impossibloe to answer this type of question. When asking questions please provide as much detail as you are able.
If you are talking abou the user name and assword on login screen then you need to restart computer and start tapping F8 key on keyboard, you will get Advanced boot option, stop pressing the F8 key, you need to select safe mode with the help of up and down arrow keys on keyboard, hit enter on Admin username if it ask then click on start>control panel>user name and then select your user name and change the password, restart your computer and then enter the new password.
* If you do not find user name under control panel then look for classic view on top left corner of the screen and click on it.
tried to access my records -- must be doing something wrong....cannot get anywhere near to it -- got all the sites for insurance quotes, etc., -- instructions say to click on "member" - cannot find it on any page -- would like to see a general "Kaiser Permanente" page appear with choices., ie........insurance quotes, your medical records, send email to doctor, request refill on prescriptions, etc., Then you could just click on that item and get to the page you want. Now closing down and when I have more time I will make a phone call and try to get with it.
