Remove RAM, clean slots by blowing air, fix RAM back and check whether it is properly seated.Check whether all the wires connected to the motherboard are fixed properly.

PC won't display anything on screen. Power supply has good output voltages.

try checking the memory modules, try cleaning them (the pins) with a soft cloth, then try it back again, then try again powering the pc, if it doesnt do the trick, try next cleaning the or checking the video card if your pc has one, also try operating the pc without the video card or the memory module, i guess after performing that two suggestion you will find the error that causes your pc to have a black screen

Lan on motherboard D915GLVG

Unplug your computer and Install a lan card into any available PCI slot.  Restart your computer and install the CD.  The CD will load up the drivers when needed.  You may have to start your computer once completed.

Trouble booting

the dead card may have taken the motherboard and cpu with it.
he will have to strip the system to only 3 component and test them
1 stick memory /cpu and fand / video card that is all that should be connected. then pull memory of video card does it beep. if not the cpu or board is not posting at all.

Soyo dragon dip switch settings

http://www.soyo.com/uploads/downloads/manuals/k7/mk7vkp2%2011.pdf

here is the pdf with your user manual from the board.
the pci indeed is the slot for the modem and for the sound card, also.
the pci are slots near the agp slot..shorter than the agp.they are equivalent so you can put the modem and the sound card and to interchange the place if you want.
I think youll find more usefull infos in the manual anyway.
good luck

bye
