Unlock dvd rom to region free

USED ALL MY CHANGES ON CD DVD ROM REGION STUCK ON REGION 4 CAN THIS BE CHANGED TO REGION FREE BY UNLOCKING I have used up all my region changes for my dvd rom and I am stuck on region 1. This be unclocked so I can change the regions or have a region free dvd rom?

- I've changed my sony optiarc DVD RW region too many times (I have both American and Australian DVD's I play for the kids, American living in Aus)

Now I'm stuck on US region 1, but want to play new Aus region 4 DVD and can't!!!

Download software like region free dvd player then check
