Sorry but those CD o DVD cleaners are garbage, the best you could do, but, try VERY CAREFULLY. First, get a q-tip, moisture with alcohol, and very smooth and gently swipe the lens, don't push it too hard and don't try to move it, just clean. after that,try to put a CD again. If the problem persists, you need to change the entire optical table.
