Hi, Can anyone help me. I have a Kodak 5100 AIO printer bought from UK. Now the Ink cartridge has run out and I wish to buy new cartridges, but they are not available from Kodak in India (Checked their site for cartridges - none available). Can someone tell me from where I can buy the catriages for this printer (in Delhi or surrounding area) or tell me any other compatible cartridges for this printer from other vendor (HP etc.)

update the kodak aio home center software on ur computer. open printer accesss door and take out both ink cartridges and then remove printhead. go to www.kodak.com/go/printheadsupport on how to take out and install printhead again.
install both ink cartridges . open home center,click on ? @ top right hans side .after clicking on question mark choose maintenance and then choose clean printhead. issue will be resolved. contact kodak@ 1800 421 6699 if u have same problem
How often do you use the printer? I have the same problems with a Kodak AIO 5500. Go to the "Help Center" section of the Kodak.com website. This will lead you through troubleshooting and if the printhead is bad they should send you a new one under warranty. This is what I did.
the red blinking light indicates that your printer wont recognize your ink carthridge. you can try to reseat the carthridge and the printhead. to remove the printhead just press on the release tab which is located on the upper left corner of the printhead wall. If this will not correct the issue, you need to call their technical support hotline. maybe the carthridge is faulty or there is a problem on the printhead. their hotline no is 1 800 421 6699
Sorry to hear about your problems. Here are the steps Kodak AiO Support will ask you to perform.
Remove the black and color ink cartridges. Right above where the black ink cartridge was, in the top left hand corner of the printhead, push up towards the ceiling and you should be able to push a button that releases the printhead. Place the printhead right back into the printer and push straight back on the back wall. You should hear a loud snap. Replace the ink cartridges which should snap as well. Close the printer. After about a minute or so the printer will ask you to do a calibration. Insert a paper and press start. Scan the calibration sheet. After that, in the menu, do a printhead clean. Do one basic and one deep. Print a demo sheet to see if anything has changed. If the picture looks better, continue to do cleans. In the event that it does not, the printhead will need to be replaced and since the printer is still under warranty, Kodak specialists will try to overnight you a printhead. The version of firmware you originally had on the printer when you
changed the ink cartridge was bad. There is a known issue that when you
put in a new ink cartridge when the printer is in the error state
EMPTY. REPLACE COLOR INK CARTRIDGE" the unit writes that value to the
new ink cartridge so you will continue to have that error.
So to fix
your problem Open the access door and Remove the ink cartridges. Then download and install
