Could not printing the jobs

    Sabeensha,

When is this happening? When you switch on the printer or when you try to print?

How is the printer connected to its environment, by parallel cable or via network?

Do you have any hard disk drive in the printer?

What application do you try to print from?

    What driver are you using?

What operating system are you using?

Is the printer locally installed or shared from a server?

What I would suggest without knowing these things is to first disconnect the network/parallel cable from the printer, restart it and then try to print the internal test pages. If this works, you might have either a misfunctioning network card or a corrupt driver (or something that's causing a problem somewhere between the application and the printer).

Please reply with an answer to these questions and we'll try to help you solve this problem.

System Error: 09xxxx (Non-Continuable)
Problem
Description:
EIO Accessories (EIO Card/Hard Disk Drive) Error.
Corrective Action: Try the following:
n Switch the Printer OFF and ON again and wait for the initialization.
n If the Error code continues to appear, switch the Printer OFF.
Remove the EIO Card (if installed) and make sure that the Hard
Disk Drive is installed correctly by pushing it firmly inwards and
checking that the two installation screws are completely
tightened. Switch the Printer ON again. If the error codes 09Axxx
or 09Bxxx appear then replace the Hard Disk Drive.
n If the Error Code disappeared after removing the EIO Card, then
switch the Printer OFF and reinstall the EIO Card, making sure
that the two installation screws are completely tightened. Switch
the Printer ON again. If the Error Code reappears, then the EIO
Card could be faulty. Replace the EIO Card.
n If Error Code 09Cxxx appears after initialization, then replace the
Electronics Module
n Once the Error Code has been solved, print an Internal Demo
Print to make sure that the Hard Disk Drive is functioning
correctly. If the Error Code reappears, then use the above
information to troubleshoot the problem

Print que on hp 4300 says "printing" but nothing happens and I cannot clear que

Hello,

This is a common problem with Windows machines. If a print job gets corrupted in the print que it will stop and block all other jobs from printing. It will also block the job from being deleted normally. You have to stop the print que service and then delete the print jobs from the que. Here is a link to a full article that shows how to stop the que, delete the print jobs and restart the que to restore printing.

Hp 2420 prints a ''job storage status page'' after each print job

If you have your software driver or print job set to save your print jobs to the printer and your printer does not support this, you will get that error and status page. Here is what the User's manual says about print job storage:
"The printer supports two distinct job-storage features that you can use to initiate printing from the printer control panel after the print job is sent from the computer:
● Proof and hold jobs
● Private jobs
Make sure that you identify your jobs in the printer driver before printing. Using default names might override previous jobs that have the same default name or cause the job to be deleted.

The job-storage features require 48 MB of RAM. For printer models that have less than 48 MB of RAM, you can add memory so that they can support the features."
