Only copiers fitted with a duplexing unit will automatically make a double sided copy. I assume yours does not have this accessory. You can always make two sided copies manually. You need to first work out the paper path, so mark one piece of paper with an arrow showing the top and the direction the sheet was placed on top of the paper feed tray. Make a copy and you will now know whether the top or bottom of the paper as loaded gets printed on. Now place that sheet back in the paper feed tray again with the arrow face down in the paper tray, but still pointing in the same direction as before. Print side two and you will now have a double sided copy. If the reverse of the copy is facing the wrong way then you know that the paper needs to go into teh paper tray with the arrow facing you. Hope this makes sense, but it just needs a couple of trial runs to get to understand which was round to put the paper back in for the revers side to be printed. Always keep the final successful double sided copy, marked up for future reference, as it is so easy to forget which way to put the paper back in several weeks later.
at the main menu of the panel,
select "SIMPLEX DUPLEX" option, which is at the right side of the lcd screen,
now in "SIMPLEX DUPLEX" option select
"DOUBLE SIDED" original to "double sided" copy option and then press the start button...............
To resolve this problem, copy the contents of the Office CD to a folder on your hard disk, and then run Office Setup from this folder. To do this, follow these steps:
On your desktop, double-click My Computer.
Double-click the local on which you want to create a new folder.
On the File menu, point to New, and then click Folder.
Type a name for the new folder, and then press ENTER. For example, type OfficeXPCD.
Insert the Office CD into your CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive. Hold down SHIFT as you insert the CD to prevent Setup from starting automatically.
In My Computer, right-click the CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive, and then click Explore.
On the Edit menu, click Select All.
On the Edit menu, click Copy.
Right-click the folder that you created in step 3, and then click Paste.
When all the files have been copied to the new folder, quit all other programs that are running, and then double-click Setup.exe in the folder that you created in step 3 to start Windows Installer and Office Setup.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Office installation.

Select the Double-side function that you require as standard. Select COMMON SETTINGS, found in Additional Functions (X) button. Select the Store Common Functions setting and press OK. Think this is correct, let me know? In order to reverse setting, follow instructions to get to STORE selection but select INITIALIZE. Hope this helps.
