Question about Computers & Internet
Make it sure that your wireless switch on your laptop is on. If the switch is on but you still can't connect to the wireless network, check if the wireless driver is installed, you may check it in device manager.
1. right click on My Computer
2. click on Manage
3. then look for device manager. If you see a question or an exclamation mark under network adapter indicating your wireless driver is not installed or you may have on other devices. If this is the case, you will need to reisntall the driver.
