You shouldn't need any special drivers for a standard IDE CD drive. Support for these devices is built into Windows and other operating systems. If you just hook up the power and data cables, set the master/slave/cable select jumper correctly for your system, and start your computer, the drive should be ready to use.
What specifically is happening that has you asking for drivers?
If the drive isn't recognized at all, you might have a bad cable or the drive is bad. If your CD burner program doesn't recognize the drive you might need an update for that program (but the drive is from 2003, so it should be supported already).
Hope this helps. If you need more information, please give more details of what is happening.
