Question about Arris DSR922
Hello, Recently my C-Band Motorola DSR 922 has lost all video. It powers up I can move the dish but when you change channels it appears to try and show the channel then the screen goes all snowy.Any help on a do it yourself repair would be great.I contacted ATS electronics and they stated it is a common problem that can be fixed easily.Problem is I am in Canada and the cost to ship it to the USA is very expensive, I have done some electronic repairs , mods etc and would like to attempt this repair.
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

It has been a while since I worked on these kind of electronic equipment and I do not remember or kept any notes about specific troubleshooting. I worked for a company before that was repairing these motorola satellite receivers for starchoice Canada.
Are you using the audio/video inputs or RF input?
Where in Canada do you live?
