Question about HP OfficeJet 7410 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have been trying to load software into my IBM laptop with XP OS for the HP 7410 but everytime it gets part way completed a message box comes up with D:setuphpzpr101.exe-mpreloadproductsdrivers across the top and says ACCESS DENIED Cleanup Process removing unnessesary programs and then takes it all back out and make me reboot the computer. I have tried removing everything HP and reloading but same thing happens. Any advice would be greatly appriciated. Thank you very much.
Have you try downloading the drivers/software from HP's web site. here is a link to HP 7410 site.
On the bottom of the list is a removal utility. Download and run it, then download the driver/software from the same page.
Copy and paste the whole link into your browser.
Let me know how you do,
If this helped , please rate it. if not, I'll research it some more.
