Problem for Konica Minolta bizhub C250 All-In-One Laser Printer

Konica Minolta bizhub C352 error code C-D010

I attempted to enter service mode and do the trouble reset and it did not fix this code. I tried stop 00 stop 01 and the code screen comes back up and will not let me into the service screen. This code supposedly means that the HDD needs formatting but I can't format it because it won't let me into those options. Know of any tricks or alternate ways to format the HDD?

enter service mode, select state confirmation, select memory/hdd adj, select hdd format, select physical format, press start button, when displays ok turn off main power for 10 seconds, c-d010 will display again, repeat instructions and do logical format, turn main power off for 10 seconds..should be ok

You have to press "utility" then "meter count" then "details" before doing the above, enter at your peril though one wrong button push and you could wipe the machine.
