Sounds like the drum rollers have gone bad. There are 2 of them inside the back that support the bottom of the drum. The model # seems be off a little since the the websites I checked for parts are not coming up with that #.
To fix it, you will need to pull the drum out. Once you have done that, you will see the rollers. Spin the rollers fast with your hand and if they do not spin smoothly, they should be replaced. You can also check them by by moving the up and down and sideways for any play. Note they will move forward and backwards a little bit. This is normal.
At the bottom on the front panel there might be a couple screws if so take them out and lift to hunhinge from the top b careful you have door switch wires to undo. If no screws then pry the top off with a wide flat standard screw driver then look inside front panel towards top should be more screws take them out and front should pull out slightly and lift off of the bottom latches or hook so to speak.
