Re: formated memroy card did i wipe off all the pic's??
I am sorry but once you execute a hard delete (format) they are more than likely deleted. You can attempt to plug the card into a standard PC USB and read it that way however they will be corrupt. The other option is to send the card off to a retrieval company however the cost is very expensive.

try to reset:
press "*" (star) and "3" and "on" switch together and wait until unit turns on - it will ask for format confirmation. remember to save all contacts (numbers etc) before doing format otherwise you loose them all...
actually when you put password on memory card its store on phone memory so formating the phone also wipe your password, the only solution for that is try to restore your phone if you did backup your cell phone before formating,
Format it to FAT32. My friend had the same problem, and thought there was
something wrong with the memory card so she went out and bought another
one. Before she formatted the second card, it was fine, but then when she
formatted it to NTFS she got the "memory card is not inserted correctly"
message again, so she reformatted it to FAT32 instead, and it works fine
now. She also did the same for the first card, and had the same result.
Hope this helps.
try saving the previous info on the card on a pc then format the card and then place it in the phone. The card may have info not compatible with the phone that's why its recommended to format cards before switching it from devices.
MMC puchased should be formatted once, because new MMC comes with file system FAT-32. and mobile phones supports FAT file system. You can copy your data from MMC to PC using MMC reader/writer first. Then format it in your mobile and then reload your data in formatted MMC at folder created during formatting. Then you may see your MMC working properly.
