Question about Tomtom GO 700 GPS Receiver
Last time I updated my Tom 710, but since then I am getting this message: Unable to store settings; file access error. (Not sure if I have deleted any files I shouldn't have - no to your question - no back up).
Also I am unable to connect my Nokia N73 (pay & go). I checked my bluetooth settings & everything is fine - available, but no success. I tried my partners' mob - Nokia 8800, got connected, but couldn't transfer any contacts.
Please help. Could you also mentione what features are standard & what not as I am confused. Eg in regards to my IPOD how can I use it & traffic news and so on. Sorry - quite a lot to find out.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Hook the Tomtom using the USB cable to your computer. You should see the Tomtom drive under My Computer as a drive letter.
Backup all data from the Tomtom to a folder on your computer. Now select the Tomtom drive and right click, select properties, select tools, and then Check now. Allow the computer to fix any problems with the Tomtom drive. Once this is completed. Remove the USB cable and do a reset. Now turn on your Tomtom and it should work.
