Strange dialog box and Frozen

I was watching a video and then a white box appeared in the left hand corner. Since then it is frozen and wont turn off at all and the computer wont recognize it when I tried plugging it in. Here is what is in the first two linesin the box:
R00 = 00000003
R01 = 20b0A230

It runs all the way thru R015 with different letter number combinations following each one.
The last two lines are:
SPSR = 00000013
CPSR = 00000013
Please tell me you know how to fix it!
Thanks
Christina

    It did absolutely nothing. Screen still frozen and still isn't shutting off. The computer isn't picking it up at all.

    I had this happen while at work and it isnt reacting to being connected to the PC at all.

Hello,

When it it frozen, try this:

Do a soft reset by inserting a small pin or unfolded paperclip into the reset hole.
Check if the firmware on your player is the latest one. always updating your player’s firmware to the latest version can reduce the chance of future freezing or hang up.

You can see the owner manual by copying and pasting the following link on your adress bar:

    Nimbus1273,

    Why dont you let the batteries drain. Then it will for sure turn itself off. You could then try to reset it to recharge it.

Did you try resetting the device to factory settings, from settings menu.

    I think you can reset the Go Gear by holding both the 2 volume buttons and the top middle button at the same time, or try holding the volume button and power button until it turns off, or you can
    go to settings and click return to manufacture settings.

    If that does not work you can save all data and re format the go gear.

    To reformat the gogear:

    1. open up musicmatch jukebox
    2.click on portable device on the left handside menu
    3.a new window will open-in the top right in the window there is tools-click on it
    4.a drop down list will apear which will have reformat as a choice

Charge the Zune using your computer (if you have one) and then when it turns on, then you got it fixed. If it is charged but won't do anything, then press the back button and up on the control panel.

Sounds like you have a bad hard drive and will need to get it replaced. You should take it to a technician, or if you feel confident enough, buy another hard drive and install it yourself.
