Question about Dell Latitude D620 Notebook

My screen on my ppo1l latitude is smaller then it should be.

I have windows 2000, and i just got this laptop from a friend. I think they just reinstalled windows 2000 on it. The problem is the screen is smaller then the monitor. I tried to make the res. higher but it wont stay there. It keeps going back. I restart and everything. Plz. help if u can

Start menu, right click my computer, manage, device manager, and there should be a yellow question mark next to all the missing drivers, download the correct video/display driver from dell.com's support / downloads section (you must select your model and operating system - sometimes if the right ones not available you can try installing the xp one / a similar model's one) and you can increase the resolution, same with all the other misssing drivers.

If it's plugged in and not running on batteries then it sounds like your screen is going out on you.

Your mouse pad is probably damaged.

Try to boot a different OS like Linux and see the behavior.

if the problem persist, you can disable the touchpad and use external mouse instead.

Hi.
Latitude C600 was introduced in ~2000.
700Mhz CPU was then upgraded to 850Mhz the same year and 1Ghz in 2001. The series was discontinued in 2002.

hello, seems like your hard drive have errors. replace the hard drive and reinstall the computer and your computer gonna work.

CDrom Replacement for that model goes for $30 to $50
