Hi. It's either a damaged ribbon cable or damaged LCD screen. There's a guide for replacing the screen here and you can buy the parts as well http://www.formymobile.co.uk/v3disassembly.php

My motorola razor v3 has a white screen?

Hi, White screen on motorola razor phones can be caused by either the LCD or the flex of the screen.

First, you will need to check for the flex by replacing the flex of the phone. the flex controls the display of the phone and the keys on the keypads of the phone.

The LCD also can cause a white screen display. After replacing the flex and if it's still has white display, you will need to replace the screen.

Have a nice day.

Phone freezes..turnswhite..not work.

After buying my KRAZR, spending $300 on it, plus service, plus memory card, ring tones...etc....it started doing the same thing. It will be fine, but go to white screen still rings etc just no display. Took it to cell company purchased it from and they couldn't do anything with it, even still having the warranty from motorola, couldn't be sent to them for repair....irrepairable damage....WATER DAMAGE....Just charge it, leave it off, and get what you can off of it b4 it blanks again...mine is still the same after a year. Longer left off, better chances of coming on.

Frozen ''hellomoto'' screen on Razor V3c when turning on phone

You have a couple of options:
Take it to a motorola repairer or try to update the firmware on your phone. As you cant get it to go past the Hellomoto screen a hard reset would not possible.

Retarded razor

I don't know why you can't answer your phone or why you banged it to get it to work but your inside screens connector may just have came loose as it sometimes happens with out you doing anything wrong. Just take it apart and check the wires on the solved problems I think there one that tells you how to do this.
