Assuming this is a private network,
Go to Windows Start > Run > and type CMD and press Return.
This will take you to a dos window. Type ipconfig /all ( there is a space between g and / )
Look for the GW ( Default Gateway) address, or DHCP Server address ( Hopefully the same ) and then type that IP address into the window of your browser. You should get a login from there. You may have to know the login name and address, which I can not help with..
