I can't access my yahoo e-mail from my home computer but I can access from other computers as I am doing now. I get to Yahoo's home page but when I click on mail I get a message that says: "There is a problem with the web site's security ceertificate". Help

You did not mention that are you you able to access other sites or not?
anyways if you are not able to access only yahoo so I think it is because of virus effect so use scan with appropriate anti virus.

Sounds like compatibility issues. Turn on IE 8 compatibility mode or try using firefox. Or you can switch to the classic version of mail, which you can set on your yahoo page. this should give you access to your mail. If not, then please let me know what kind of computer you have, which version of Windows/Mac OS/Linux you are using and which web browser you are using to get your mail.
I have experienced this same pop-up. I have been a Yahoo mail client for the past 14 years and I can tell you with a certain level of confidence that this is something you don't need to worry a about. It's a conflict between the yahoo mail server and the yahoo messenger server.
