NG is shortcut for "No Good", indicating a problem. "B0" is the fault code for a communication problem, usually caused by an incompatible setting of communication mode G2 or G4 on the remote machine. Contact the remote operator and ask he set up his machine for EECM or G3 communication mode, then retry.
I changed the port address to 3BCh-3BF and set the port to SPP. Rebooted twice and all seems to be working. Noticed the WorkCentre wakes up from Power Save mode on reboot, if this happens then all is working OK.
NOTE: Perform the following procedure to reset the Drum Cartridge counter after you replace the Drum Cartridge. Do not perform this procedure at any other time.
From the Standby Mode, press the [Menu] (up arrow) button, then press , , , . The screen will display: Change drum.
Press , then press [Enter]. The screen will display: Completed.
Press [Stop] to return to the Standby Mode.
