Got an MP3 player dont know how to use

When you connect the MP3 player to your computer with the supplied USB cable then computer detects the player as an external storage device or a Removable disk, you can then view the folder on your MP3 player. Open the music folder and create a new folder on the player exactly the same way you create a folder on your computer's hard drive. To organise your music, make a folder name with the name of the music album and place the album's MP3 files in this folder, then copy the mp3 files from the computer into this folder.
You will then be able to select the music you want to play by the music album folder. To delete a file from your MP3 player, connect the supplied USB cable to your player and then plug it into the USB port of your computer.
The computer will detect your player then click on this device to view the files, you can then click on the music file to highlight the file and then press the Del key to delete the file off your MP3 player. MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet to your computer and then copy them to your MP3 player using the USB cable. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable to the MP3 player and the computer.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will create a MP3 music file for each music track. Click on this link for instruction on converting music files to mp3 file format :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r5798418-creating_transferring_mp3_music_files

I am having major problems even downloading songs from my cd to my mpw and the instructions are useless bc they don't show me what all the buttons are for, I can't access the radio either and when I play...

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format.
Google search for free mp3 music files and download them to your computer. Then connect the USB cable that came with your player, connect it to your player and then plug it into the USB port on your computer. The computer will see the player as an external storage device, then copy the mp3 music files to your player.
You can convert your CDs for free and copy them to your MP3 player. Please click on this link and follow my instructions :-

Hi i got a mp3 sub player but have no idea how to get music on to it ....im blond and old lol damn nothing going for me here hahahah

The player appears as a USB mass storage device (a portable hard drive) in Windows Explorer (under my computer icon on desktop). You can organize files, and transfer music to your player during USB connection (after you connect the mp3 player with the USB cable came with the mp3 player to the computer. There may be installation automatically start when you first plug it in for the first time, so wait til windows tells you the device you plugged in is ready to be used).
Transfer music
1 Click and highlight one or more songs to transfer between your player and your
computer.
2 Use drag and drop actions to complete your transfer.

Hope this helps you. What version of windows do you have?

Skipping music on my Mp3

Well, all I did is search the whole house to find the USB cable for my Mp3 player. Once I found that, I plugged it into the player and computer, then I erased EVERY song on the Mp3. Lastly I coppied the songs to the Mp3, and BINGO, I could play every song I put on the player.
