Motorola rzr v3c screen keeps freezing. nothing particular that causes it to happen. sometimes just opening the phone will cause it go blank. returning a text caused it to go blank. cant see incoming calls from the outside window.

If your computer is bluetooth enabled, then make it discoverable from your computer. Activate the bluetooth option on the RZR. You can transfer files, 1 at a time wirelessly. If it is a windows computer, you can use the 5pin usb to usb cable that hopefully came with the phone, and do batch transfers from the computers side.
it would be your display light is out and as far as I know the only way to fix that is to get a whole new LCD screen assembly. If that is the case go buy a new phone and not a RZR I know it's popular but honestly I've seen hundred's of them in my store busted and unusable after only a month or so. Not all motorola phones are bad but this one is the biggest piece of crap. I rank it with Kyocera phones!!!!!!
