Unit is about 1.5 years old, bought on e-bay from established seler in NJ, new in box. last week it began with a picture with mutli-colored lines, vertical and horizonial with some snow that move with the motions of the picture but in random paterns. The picture is just lines and distortion. you cannot tell what you are looking at. sound still works fine. All inputs have this problem from sources known to be ok. Have unplugged the set for 24 hours and same problem. Zenith "technical HA HA support"said because it was purchased on e=bay all warranty is void! Even though this seller has a showroom and is a valid Zenith dealer. What might be wrong with the tv???? Help.
I would suspect bad solder connections allowing a ground to "float" It is a common problem with the model P42W24BX which I believe uses similar circuitry as your model. An experienced repair shop should be able to get you fixed up.

the screen is full of white and vertical stripes can see nothing but can hear perfect.this happend in all kind of video inputs.
