Question about HP Photosmart C5280 Printer
Every time that I try to print a picture, or even just a regular document on my HP Photosmart C5280, it say "Please load paper and press ok". Even though there is already paper in it. Every time I try to print I can here the rollers moving like it is trying to grab the paper, but no go. I was just wondering if there was an easy way to fix this problem, or if I need to send it in to HP.
I had this same problem with my HP 2575 printer. I complained very strongly to HP and they sent me (free of any charges) an HP Paper Cleaning Kit. Took about 20 minutes to clean and rough up a rubber feeding roll in the printer. VOILA-- printer has been feeding perfectly for over a year. A friend of mine with the same printer, had the same problem. He used it and now has no problem. You will have to get after HP and have them send you the Kit. Hope this helps you out. SANS
