If your phone notify the incoming calls by vibration or ring tone then you just have to change the LCD of your phone. But if it is not ringing the ring tone for incoming calls then your phone may have big problem like dead.So in this case you should go to any service center to save your phone.
To help you with this problem, I want you to know that when a cellphone got fell, the main problem will be make is lost in display, you will not see anything but you can hear something like message tone and start-up tone, you can also receive calls. Don't be worry with that kind of problem. To tell you whats happening inside your phone is your LCD of display connection is only misaligned. Get it to the nearest cellphone repair center to get cellphone to be open by a technician and probably they will do dismantling your phone and fix the problem. Hope this could help. Don't forget to say thanks..:-)
A couple of things could b set wrong. First, make sure you're volume is turned up. Flip phone open and push the top button on left to raise the volume. Second, open phone, go to menu, cursor to settings, sounds, call ringtone, single tone. Now cursor down thru the selections to pick a ringtone. Make sure the "no ring" selection is not selected. (The current selection will have a check mark on the right side.) Select the tone you want and push the center button to save it. You can then select all your other ring tones, such as message alerts the same way.
i never had that problem but after i put ringones on my phone, my screen started freaking out and kept getting worse and now after 5 days it's completely white. i ordered a new one and should be here soon but do you think it was just a unstable phone to begin with? (the side buttons didn't work before) or should i not try it with the new one too?
Symbian OS/S60 phone: With the Voice Recorder on the screen, open Options. Select Go To Gallery. All the recordings you have saved can be accessed from the Gallery. You should see a list of recorded tunes. Highlight a recording, open Options and choose "Set as ringing tone."
Windows Mobile phone: When you are still in the Voice Recorder, highlight a recording in the list and open the Menu. Select Set As Ringtone.
If your phone menu doesn't show the Set As Ringtone choice at all, you have to set it manually. Go to the Home screen, push Start, and open File Manager. You have to move the recording from the folder /Storage/My Documents/Notes to the folder /Storage/Application Data/Sounds. Then, go to the Start menu and launch Settings. Select Sounds, open Ring Tone, and pick up the recorded ring tone.
