FL 1 normally means shorted temp sensor

If all voltage test points are within range, then it's 1 of 3 problems: Power Conversion Plug is faulty; Power Control Board is faulty; or Controller is faulty. Jandy says there is no way to test any of these directly. They recommend that you replace both the Power Conversion Plug (~$35) and the Power Control Board (~$230). Apparently when one fails, it can cause the other to fail as well. They said that unless the Controller has a lot of corrosion on it, then it probably is not the issue.

Once you get to the manual search it for "FL 2". There is a trouble-shooting chart near the back of the manual that addresses FL 2 issues.

THE PRESSSURE SWITCH IS NOT CLOSING THIS MEANS THE HEATER IS NO SENSING WATER FLOW THE FILTER IS DURTY OR THE PIPE THAT GOES TO THE PRESSURE IS PLUG , TAKE THE PRESSURE SWITCH OFF AND TURN ON AND OFF FAST AND SEE IF WATER COME OUT IF NOT WATER OR LITTTLE WATER THE LINE IS PLUG AND NEED TO BE REPLACE (SMALL TUBE .25'')

FL 4 is igniter failure.
1. check the fuses on igniter wire as well as the wires.
2. replace igniter

it might be the hot surface ignitor. a common problem with gas furnaces also. also, check if there is an code on your screen. it will be called an FL code. call the manufacturer.
