Could you give some more detail on how you were able to clean the grinds? I had a pod explode (I think I left the machine on too long and it overheated) the other day and now all of the water is flowing directly into the catch basin. I bet there are grinds clogging the water tube but don't know how to get in there to unclog.

I actually had to open the unit and clean the grounds from the tube and filter inside the unit. If you want to try something a little less invasive first, check out page 19 of the following document:
