Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Dear Mr. Bubbabear64,
Thanx for ur reply. when I am starting Ricoh Aficio MP2000 copier its asking for the user name and password. now client forgot the password. so they can not make the photo copy without putting password. i went into the user tools-system settings and when i have clicked on the system settings its not opening and still asking for the user name and password. I went into service mode and i have cleared user details but still problem is there. May be client has put the administrator password by mistake. this copier also has a printer card and may be the password saved in this card only. because when i am removing the printer card its working fine with out asking any thing. Now how can I remove or delete the login user name and password from the copier?
Try getting into service mode and see if you can reset the user passwords by turning them off in the settings.
Do you know how to get into service mode?

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
