Ive got no power to the amp trough the rem wire unless i connect.
.....it strait to the power wire and even then my stereo (sony explode radio, rockford punch amp and kicker comp 15") is good n the lower volume level but cuts off when i turn it up..all fuses are good and there are no nicked wires

You need a bigger amp and make sure its a two channel. Four and five channel amps are for mids and highs. If you want real bass get a two channel. If you dont want to buy a bigger amp, Go get a capacitor. It acts like a battery charge storage for when your sub needs to hit those real low notes. It takes a lot of power. Also if you get a capacitor your altinater that charges your battery will not have to work so hard keeping your battery charged, Thus not wearing out your altinater and not having to replace it so soon because it will happen.
Another quick fix is turning your gain down. I turn my gain up half way, maybe a little past half way. You might not get the bass hitting as hard but at least it wont shut off on you.

12 volt accessory or same wire that goes to red wire on stereo or cigarette lighter.
What is the current draw on amplified aerial ? or are you talking bout electric aerial(up and down automatically ?) If current draw is really low like 500 milliamp or so then hook her up to blue wire (remote output) on back of stereo but REMEMBER this is LOW current and only meant to switch on amps and raise electric aerials etc.If you think amp on aerial is too much for it then run the rem wire to a 12 volt relay and wire it so that when rem triggers and closes the gate will be connecting an accessory wire OR perm 12v wire to aerial power . That way aerial ONLY turns on(POWERS UP) when stereo is on as opposed to other way where aerial will be powered up every time car ign or acc is turned on regardless of whether the stereo is on or not.
rem means remote on the amplifier which means your amp will turn on when ur radio turns on the remote wire goes from the back of the stereo usually always a blue wire to the rem on the input to the amp
on the back of the stereo you should have an rca inputs in the back, it should say either rear, subwoofer, or non-fade. all of these are acceptable, run rca's to the amp from the deck.
also on the deck in the wire harness is a blue wire with a white stripe.
hook a wire up to this and run it to the REM. terminal of your amp. this wire tells the amp to turn on when you turn on your key.
these are the only two wires you hook up the back of the stereo.

It plugs into the power antenna cord on your radio if your radio does not have a dedicated remote cord. The remote switch is so that you amp can detect when your radio is on and turn on too, or is off when your radio is off so as not to drain the battery
not sure where the amp remote wire is connected at this point (possibly a power antenna wire?) but you should find your rem wire and hook it up to your stereo's acc wire. The wire should only have power when the car is in acc/run settings and no power when the key is on the off position. this assures that no matter what function on your head unit you are using, the amp will always be powered up.
your amps rem wire is hooked to the power antenna wire on your head unit and so when you turn off the radio you would nolonger need an antenna so it powers down and would lower the antenna.Depending on the head unit you should have one output for the power antenna and one for the amp rem......If your head unit doesn't have the rem output you can wire it to the switched wire that powers your head unit but keep in mind the amp will stay on while you have the key in acc or run position even if your head unit is off. hope this helps!
the rem wire is for switched power from your head unit usually most after market stereos(head units) have an output for the rem wire.......if not use the power antenna wire from the back of the radio (usually blue or blue white) as for the input you need to use one or the other low or phono Hope this helps..Good Luck!
