Hi!!!
re-installed the printer driver
check the cartridge ink?

if the same problem check the nozzle of the printer?
or clean the nozzle!!! remove the cartridge
the nozzle is located under the socket of the cartridge
then unscrew clean with alcohol wipe with soft cloth!!
then placed it back properly!!!

The printer runs properly but will not print; A blank page cycles

It is not the toner. There are 2 things you can try yourself, anything else requires service. First try opeing and closing the right hand side door. Try this several times if necessary. There are contacts in this door that sometimes don't make contact and opening/closing the door will sometimes resolve blank copies. The other thing you can try is remove the toner then pull out and reseat the drum unit. Here again there are contacts that need to be made that can cause blank copies.
Good Luck and Thank You for using Fixya.

Not photocopying

Open side, look at black assembly on the door, there is either a black spongy roller there or two wires in a black assembly,

1- wires may be broken resulting in blank copies
2- roller out of place
3- HVT (high voltage transformer) not working
