Question about Canon PIXMA MP160 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I refiled both cartriges. everything was ok, after some time printer give error cartige not recognized.I bought and put new cartriges in my printer MP140. it does not recognize new cartriges.i did put in$out them several time like in user guide. what should i do? maybe i have to clean it somehow or reset? Thank you for help!
This is my problem, too, not the solution.
My black and white cartridge seems fine but when I installed the colour one, I see the message, cartridge not recognized. It is a new cartridge, but not original canon

Ensure that you are using original cartridges.
Clean the cartridge sensor inside the printer ink carriage with isopropyl alcohol and cotton. From description it looks like a faulty cartridge contact.
The cartridge sensor is the metal plaque that connects to the cartridge chip, is located inside the printer carriage.
