Problem for Motorola RAZR V3

My phone when someone calls wont show the name just "unknown call"

ok heres my problem when someone calls even if there in my contacts it still says "unknown call" but when i get a text it shows the number even if there not in my contacts but my caller id wont show anything but unknown call what should i do?

check your phonebook ,, it may have double entry...is it all who calls you display unknown calls?
