I HAVE A (RAZR) PHONE IT HAS BEEN WORKING WELL BUT THEN ALL KEYS STOP WORKING EXCEPT THE OFF AND ON KEY AND I CAN RECEIVE CALLS BUT CAN'T MAKE CALLS. CAN THIS BE FIXED?

i also had this problem a while ago, all i did was leave my phone off... (even took the battery out... and the sim card) and after a few days.. it worked!!
