The Technics KN550 has a midi out, so all you need is either a midi to game port or now you can buy midi to USB cables. If you are thinking about this seriously, then you're going to need some sort of arrangement software. Have a look at Cubase which is now the industry standard for PC's. It used to be Logic Platinum but Apple bought them out and they only release software for the Mac now.
The good thing about midi is that once you get into it a bit, and make your own samples or have a sample bank on your PC, you can use use your keyboard to trigger any of those samples, so your keyuboard suddenly becomes every instrument under the sun.
