today i put a dvd in my player it reads the disk and when it starts to play the unit shuts down fully powers off can i get a firm wear upgrade or what can i do please help

I have the same problem.

Bought Rush Hour3 Wont play stays on loading never leaves that. It by New Line Entertainment others work fine no worries brought back to store exchange it still no not able to play dvd.

ONLY HAVING THIS PROBLEM WITH NEW LINE HOME
ENTERTAINMENT PRODUCTS.
