note that even if the motherboard supports both onboard+PCI-E,
G31(GMA3100) graphics wouldn't help much at all, trust me. You'll want
to buy a new PCI-E card if
you plan on doing any gaming. Not knowing what game(s) you plan to

You can definitely get a real good card for under $100. Perhaps a Radeon HD 4850. Lastly, I highly recommend you buy from NewEgg.com.
