SOURCE: Hello, I have an LG

You're backlight inverter is faulty.

You first need to check your power supply and ensure you have 24v output to the backlight inverter.

If you lack the 24v you will need to replace capacitors in-line to the 24v rail to get power back to your backlight inverter.
Look for these:

If your 24v is OK then you will need a replacement inverter to restore your picture to your tv.

Best of luck!

I bought my WD 1TB passport a few months back. It was working perfectly find. Last night, when I plugged it in, it took ages to load (it showed a default folder icon). I wanted to remove it but it wouldn't...

I'm assuming that you have tried with another cable and it hasn't helped.
Simple test: plug it in a Windows or Linux pc (use a Live-CD if you have to). If it's also not detected there then the controller board of the disk has failed - hardware defect. This cannot be repaired, the disk is dead.

Hello have a problem with tv Model is: lg

http://lgknowledgebase.com/kb/index.php?View=entry&EntryID=6281

The above link goes to lg's website describing the red flashing light where the power switch is, and

another switch down below which can turn that light off.

Try switching that other switch below off so the light turns off. Then, switch it back on.

If that doesn't work, then service should be scheduled for this discontinued model.

Hope this helps on your lg tv.

When we turn the tv at first time mean that when its cold. We see white screen plus very hard noise sounds and the Tv display hard disk not been detected but when we turn it again everything get normal

There is a problem with the main board and this problem may get worse.

If it is still in warranty I would call LG for a repair before its too late for a free fix.

Reinstallation of Windows XP

Hi,

The errors that you keep on having is referring to the hard drive where the your windows operating system is stored. you need to make it sure that your hard drive is detected in your system.

To check the hard drive, you will need to restart the computer. When you will see the logo, you will see the option like F2 for setup. You will need to go to the BIOS of the computer to check if the hard drive is detected. If the hard drive is not detected. You may need to reseat it.

Let me know the type of system you have.

Keep me posted.

Thanks.
